Annette Aviles Biography

Annette Aviles is a proud full-time Realtor who has been making her client's dreams come true for the past 4 years.   Since then, she has worked with and learned from some of the Industry's top agents and coaches to enhance her understanding of the market and all aspects of real estate.

As a resident of the Bronx all her life, Annette sells residential properties in all of the Bronx and parts of Westchester County, including Mt. Vernon, Yonkers, New Rochelle, Scarsdale, and White Plains. 

Specializing in counseling, advocating, and administration, her multi-faceted expertise is of great benefit to her clients. 

Annette truly understands the dynamics of the real estate market and is an expert at educating her clients so they can make the best decisions for their needs.  She gains great satisfaction from helping those who thought there was no hope.  Coming from a career in social work as a counselor, she had to fearlessly advocate on behalf of many abused children and families living in poverty.  This experience has brightened her passion in helping people achieve their goals and overcome any obstacles in their life to enhance their quality of living. 

Annette uses the latest internet technologies to market and find homes at an expert level.

Annette earned a bachelor's degree in Psychology from Fordham University that provided the solid background on which her career has been built.  She believes that education is paramount to success and has completed intensive training covering a variety of topics from marketing listings for quick sale to negotiating contracts and helping sellers in danger of foreclosure.

Her constant work ethic didn't start in the real estate industry, but followed her from her past career; she received an award for being the most effective and passionate advocate for her clients during her time as a counselor. 

Annette is a member in good standing of the local Association of REALTORS, and the National Association of Realtors in addition to the Empire Access Multiple Listing Service.

Annette feels that the best path to her success is to help others get what they need to realize their success.  Because of her track record of accountability, education, attention to detail, and personal attention, Annette's clients become customers for life.  She can't wait to provide you with the same service she has provided to her past clients, making you a customer and friend for life as well.
